DigyGo Technologies, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India, which sells The Growth Gap on behalf of the author Sivaraj Palanisamy, is responsible for the personal information described here.
Information you share with us
This website has no user accounts. When you order the book, you give us on the order page:
- your name, phone number and email address
- your delivery address
- any note you add, for example a name to sign the copy for
You then pay on a Razorpay payment page. Razorpay shares payment confirmation details with us, but never your card or bank login details.
Razorpay processes your payment under its own privacy policy.
When you message us on WhatsApp, for example about a bulk order or a damaged copy, we receive your name, your phone number and anything you choose to write.
Information collected when you visit
Like most websites, our hosting provider may record basic technical information, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you visit, to keep the site secure and working.
The site loads its fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser connects to Google’s servers.
We use Google Analytics to understand how many people visit and which buttons they click, such as “Buy the paperback”. Google Analytics uses cookies and does not tell us who you are. You can block these cookies in your browser settings.
We use the Meta Pixel to measure how well our Facebook and Instagram ads work. It tells Meta when you view the book, open the order page or continue to payment, and Meta may link this to your Facebook or Instagram account. You can manage this in your Meta ad settings or block these cookies in your browser settings.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not send you marketing messages unless you ask for them.
Who we share it with
Only with the people needed to complete your order, such as Razorpay, which processes your payment, and the courier who delivers your book, and only the details they need. We may also share information if the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep order details for as long as needed to complete the order and handle any replacement, and for as long as tax and accounting laws require. After that, we delete it.
Your rights
Under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask us to see the personal information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it once it is no longer needed. You can also withdraw consent you have given. Message us on WhatsApp to make a request.
Security
We take reasonable steps to protect your information from loss or misuse. No method of sending or storing information online is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version.
